A polyorganosiloxane composition for producing a silicone elastomer having a high heat conductivity of up to 1.2 W/m.K or more while maintaining an elongation at break higher than 30 %. The composition includes at least one functional polyorganosiloxane cross-linked by a polyaddition, polycondensation or free radical reaction, optionally a polyorganohydrosiloxane, a catalyst, optionally a reinforcing filler, and a heat conductivity increasing filler present in the composition in an amount of 35-70 % by volume based on the total composition, which filler includes at least two groups of particles having greatly differing average diameters, i.e. a first group having an average particle diameter of 10-40 µm and forming more than half of the filler, and a second group having an average particle diameter of less than 5 µm.
La composition polyorganosiloxanique conduisant à un élastomère silicone à forte conductivité thermique, pouvant atteindre et même dépasser 1,2 W/m.K et conservant un allongement à la rupture supérieur à 30 %, comprend au moins un polyorganosiloxane fonctionnel réticulant par une réaction de polyaddition, polycondensation ou par voie radicalaire, éventuellement un polyorganohydrogénosiloxane, un catalyseur, éventuellement une charge de renforcement, et une charge destinée à augmenter la conductibilité thermique qui est présente dans la composition à raison de 35 à 70 % en volume, par rapport à la composition totale, cette charge comprenant au moins deux groupes de particules de diamètres moyens très différents, un premier groupe ayant un diamètre moyen de particules compris entre 10 et 40 µm, présent en quantité majoritaire dans la charge, et un deuxième groupe ayant un diamètre moyen de particules inférieur à 5 µm.
