SILICONE PRIMER COMPOSITIONS Abstract of the Disclosure There is provided a primer composition comprising: (a) the reaction product of (i) from about 50 weight percent to about 90 weight percent of component (a) of at least one resinous organopolysiloxane, and (ii) from about 10 weight percent to about 50 weight percent of component (a) of at least one substantially linear polydiorganosiloxane; (b) an amount of alkyl silicate, tetraalkyltitanate or mixture thereof effective to render the primer essentially tack-free upon curing; and (c) an amount of solvent effective for dispersing components (a) and (b).
