- 12 - ABSTRACT The invention is a mobile tractor, with comminuting means, a moveable bucket with auger, and an endless belt transport communicating between the bucket and an upper discharge end or materials discharge port all operatively controlled by a driver so that the comminuting means may be passed through the vertical elevation of the pile to commute the same, and the bucket to collecte the comminuted material into a first collection means whereby to be conveyed by an endless belt to the materials discharge port for further collection and transport.
