The invention concerns a lubricating composition, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, based on siloxane and not releasing hydrogen comprising: (a) a polydiorganosiloxane oil non-reactive to the lubricating properties having a dynamic viscosity of the order of 5.10<-2> to 30.10<2> Pa.s at 25 DEG C; (b) a reactive linear polydiorganosiloxane oil having per molecule at least two OH groups, said polydiorganosiloxane having a dynamic viscosity at 25 DEG C ranging between 5.10<-2> to 30.10<2> Pa.s; (c) a crosslinking agent soluble in the silicone phase comprising at least two functions capable of reacting with the reactive polydiorganicsiloxane oil (b); (d) a water soluble crosslinking agent; (e) a surfactant; (f) a condensation catalyst capable of catalysing the reaction of oil (b) with the crosslinking agent (c) and/or (d); and (g) water; compositions comprising a soluble polyorganosiloxane soluble in the silicone phase and bearing, before emulsification, condensable hydroxyl substituents being excluded.
La présente invention concerne une composition lubrifiante, sous forme d'émulsion huile dans eau, à base de siloxane et ne dégageant pas d'hydrogène comprenant :(a) une huile polydiorganosiloxane non réactive aux propriétés lubrifiantes présentant une viscosité dynamique de l'ordre de 5.10-2 à 30.10 2 Pa.s à 25°C; (b) une huile polydiorganosiloxane linéaire réactive présentant par molécule au moins deux groupements OH, ledit polydiorganosiloxane présentant une viscosité dynamique à 25° C comprise entre 5.10-2 et 30.10 2 Pa.s; (c) un réticulant soluble dans la phase silicone comprenant au moins deux fonctions capables de réagir avec l'huile polydiorganosiloxane réactive (b); (d) un réticulant hydrosoluble; (e) un tensioactif; (f) un catalyseur de condensation capable de catalyser la réaction de l'huile (b) avec le réticulant (c) et/ou (d); et (g) de l'eau; les compositions comprenant une résine polyorganosiloxane soluble dans la phase silicone et porteuse, avant émulsification, de substituants hydroxyles condensables étant exclues.
