ABSTRACT There si disclosed a silver halide light-sensitive color photographic material having a high sensitivity and excellent granularity. The photographic material contains in at least one of the emulsion layers the core/shell type tabular silver halide grains comprising: a. a numerical ratio of monodispersed grains to all grains of 70 % or more; b. an average aspect value of not less than 1 and less than 5; and c. a portion having a silver iodide content of 15.3 mol % or more in the core.
