Abstract of the Disclosure A method of producing organic polymer having oxyalkylene chain units and reactive -SiR(3-b)Xb groups wherein R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group, X refers to an oximo group and b has the value 1, 2 or 3. The polymer shows good hydrolytic stability and may be used in moisture curable sealants.
