The present invention relates to novel adenovirus strains with an improved seroprevalence. In one aspect, the present invention relates to isolated polypeptides of adenoviral capsid proteins such as hexon, penton and fiber protein and fragments thereof and polynucleotides encoding the same. Also provided is a vector comprising the isolated polynucleotide according to the invention and adenoviruses comprising the isolated polynucleotides or polypeptides according to the invention and a pharmaceutical composition comprising said vector, adenovirus, polypeptide and/or polynucleotide. The invention also relates to the use of the isolated polynucleotides, the isolated polypeptides, the vector, the adenoviruses and/or the pharmaceutical composition for the therapy or prophylaxis of a disease.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles souches d'adénovirus avec une séroprévalence améliorée. Dans un aspect, la présente invention concerne des polypeptides isolés de protéines de capside adénovirale, telles que l'hexon, le penton, et des protéines de fibre et des fragments de ceux-ci, et des polynucléotides codant pour ceux-ci. L'invention porte en outre sur un vecteur comprenant les polynucléotides isolés selon l'invention et des adénovirus comprenant les polynucléotides ou les polypeptides isolés selon l'invention. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ledit vecteur, l'adénovirus, les polypeptides et/ou les polynucléotides. L'invention a également trait à l'utilisation des polynucléotides isolés, des polypeptides isolés, du vecteur, des adénovirus et/ou de la composition pharmaceutique dans la thérapie ou la prophylaxie d'une maladie.
