It is intended to provide a method whereby nicotine or another drug accumulated in a biological sample, which is collected from a patient suffering from drug dependence using tobacco, stimulant, etc., can be conveniently, quickly and economically analyzed. A method of analyzing a drug having been accumulated in a biological sample which is characterized by comprising enclosing the biological sample in an injection needle, put the needle into an injector of a chromatogram, injecting a carrier thereinto and then chromatographing.

L'invention décrit un procédé d'analyse d'un médicament accumulé dans un échantillon biologique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'échantillon biologique enfermé dans une aiguille à injection, le placement de cette aiguille dans un injecteur d'un chromatogramme, l'injection d'un vecteur dans celui-ci, et enfin la réalisation de la chromatographie.
