The present invention relates to a single pass drilling apparatus, a rock bolt, use of a drill bit and a method for single pass rock bolting for reinforcement and stabilization of excavations. The single pass drilling apparatus comprises an elongated drill steel (11) having a leading (12) and a trailing end (13) with reference to a drilling direction (F). The leading end (12) has a connection portion. A one-piece drill bit (16) is utilized having rock machining means (17,18;17'18'). The drill bit is connectable to the drill steel. The single pass drilling apparatus (10) further comprises a rock bolt (21;121,221;321) adapted to at least partially enclose the drill steel (11). The greatest diametrical dimension (DB) of the drill bit (16) is smaller than the smallest diametrical dimension (DI) of the rock bolt.
L'invention concerne un appareil de forage en un seul passage, un boulon d'ancrage, l'utilisation d'un trépan et un procédé de boulonnage des roches en un seul passage afin de renforcer et de stabiliser des excavations. Ledit appareil de forage en un seul passage comprend un acier de forage (11) allongé doté d'une partie avant (12) et une partie arrière (13) par rapport à un sens de forage (F). La partie avant (12) comprend une partie connexion. On utilise un trépan monobloc (16) comprenant des moyens d'usinage (17, 18;17', 18') de roches. Ledit trépan peut être connecté à un acier de forage. L'appareil de forage (10) en un seul passage peut également comprendre un boulon d'ancrage (21; 121, 221; 321) conçu pour enfermer au moins partiellement ledit acier de forage (11). La dimension diamétrale (DB) la plus grande de trépan (16) est plus petite que les dimensions diamétrales (DI) les plus petites du boulon d'ancrage.
