A single piece latex seal for sealing different vehicle closures, such as vehicle door closure and a convertible top closure. The latex seal is a single piece that has been fabricated by a one step molding process. The mold has a mold cavity that is the shape of the seal void. Certain fastening devices, such as fastening nails, are placed within the mold so that they are integral with the seal after the molding step.
