A B S T R A C T SINGLE POINT MOORING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH PRESSURE RELIEF MEANS A single point mooring system is provided with pressure relief means for opening a passage between a flow line for transferring liquids and a liquid collecting reservoir when the liquid pressure in the flow line reaches a predetermined critical value. A signal transmitter is present for transmitting a signal to a signal receiver in response to detection by a detector of the occurrence of said critical value. Furthermore flow control means are arranged in the flow line for controlling liquid flow through the flow line in response to the signal received by the signal receiver. (fig. 1). AIRH04
