Single portion pack for producing a brewed beverage. Described is a single portion pack (2) for producing a brewed beverage, comprising a housing filled with a flavor carrier (13) such as coffee or tea and having a circular side wall (7), a bottom (8), and a cover (10), the cover (10) being designed as a filter at least regionally. The side wall (7) and the bottom (8) are manufactured as a single piece from a filtering- capable plastic fleece (6) or a plastic-paper composite material in the deep-drawing process, and at least the side wall therein is compressed so as to be impermeable to water. The cover (10) is likewise manufactured from a filtering-capable plastic fleece or a paper-plastic composite material and is compressed so as to be impermeable to water in its circular edge region (11). The cover (10) is joined to the upper edge of the side wall (7) in a tightly sealed-up manner. The advantage of the invention lies particularly in the fact that the single portion pack (2) is produced from merely one raw material, namely a filtering-capable plastic fleece or a plastic- paper composite material, and has a relatively simple structure.
