There is provided a single unit oral dose pharmaceutical composition comprising a) levodopa or salts thereof from about 50 mg to about 300 mg in extended release form, b) carbidopa or salts thereof from about 10 mg to about 100 mg in extended release and c) entacapone or salts thereof from about 100 mg to about 1000 mg in immediate release form, optionally with other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The invention also relates to process of preparation of such compositions.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique monodose par voie orale comprenant a) de la lévodopa ou ses sels denviron 50 mg à environ 300 mg, forme à libération prolongée, b) de la carbidopa ou ses sels denviron 10 mg à environ 100 mg, forme à libération prolongée et c) de lentacapone ou ses sels denviron 100 mg à environ 1000 mg, forme à libération immédiate, facultativement avec dautres excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Linvention concerne également un procédé de préparation de telles compositions.
