ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a sink having at least one opening into which a disposal shaft for the disposal of garbage can be inserted so as to be releasable. It is important that the disposal shaft can be snapped into the sink opening by means of an interposed collar. The shaft is fixed thereby and this also results in improved sealing of the sink opening.
