This invention provides molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for the detection of analytes, methods for forming the MIPs and detecting the analyte using the MIPs. The MIP comprises templated sites which are formed using a mimic of the analyte such that a reporter compound can be selectively attached at the templated sites, thus providing a site selectively tagged and templated MIP.
L'invention porte sur des polymères à empreintes moléculaires (MIP) destinés à la détection d'analytes, et sur des procédés permettant de former lesdits polymères MIP et de détecter un analyte au moyen desdits polymères MIP. Les polymères MIP de l'invention comprennent des sites gabarits que l'on forme à l'aide d'un élément mimétique de l'analyte de manière qu'un composé rapporteur peut être sélectivement attaché aux sites gabarits, et que l'on obtient un MIP à site gabarit sélectivement marqué.
