ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A mini-blind for windows, fits the desired window width exactly no matter what the width may be, and yet may be easily sized at the point of purchase. The mini-blind has a head rail in which all ladder baskets and ladders, except one, are slidable from a pre-sizing position to a sizing position in which all parts of excess length are readily separable from the remainder of the blind. There- after the ladder baskets and their associated ladders are slid to the sized position so that a properly proportioned structure results.
