ABSTRACT In a ski (1) that has integrated elements for the attachment for components of the binding system, the ski (1) is bonded rigidly to an essentially plate-shaped carrier body (3) that extends in the longitudinal direction of the ski, in an area (4) that lies between the ends (8) that face in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
