ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A ski stick for skating stride comprising a bar with a support element at one end and a handle at the other end thereof that is composed of interconnected tube and a cross- bar having different portions in length of which the greater one intended for placing a palm is inclined to the axis of tube at a sharp angle .beta. and a lug jutting above the cross-bar and shifted relative to the axis of tube toward the smaller portion of cross-bar and provided with a means for locking a belt, characterized in that a horizontal axis II of section of the lug disposed in a plane perpendicular to the axis of tube is offset with respect to a horizontal axis of tube to assure a possibility of the lug being displaceably located toward the hand's grip, the greater portion of cross-bar in a horizontal plane is situated at an obtuse angle .beta. in relation to the smaller portion and unfolded toward the side opposite one having the belt locking means.
