There is provided a ski track grooming device for attachment to a towing vehicle for grooming a ski trail, the device having a blade and a track grooming means mounted rearwardly of the blade. The track grooming means in a preferred embodiment has a track setting side and a snow compacting side, each been connected to a frame portion wherein the frame portions are pivotable with respect to each other wherein the track grooming means are rotatable on a transverse axis with respect to the direction of the ski trail and can be changed from the track setting side to the snow compacting side by pivotable movement of one frame portion with respect to the other. There is also disclosed an arrangement wherein the blade may be moved between snow engaging and non snow engaging position by means of a pulley and a cable which may be attached to the body of the vehicle operator such that blade adjustment may be made without the operator disembarking from the vehicle.

Dans un modèle préféré, le dispositif d'entretien comporte un côté traceur de piste et un côté de tassement de la neige, chacun des côtés étant raccordé à une partie du châssis où les parties pivotent l'une par rapport à l'autre, où le dispositif d'entretien de piste pivote sur un axe transversal par rapport à la direction de la piste et peut être changé du côté traceur au côté de tassement par un déplacement rotatif d'une partie du châssis par rapport à l'autre. Il y a aussi un arrangement où la lame peut être déplacée entre une position d'engagement de la neige et une, de non-engagement par une poulie et un câble qui peuvent être attachés au corps du conducteur du véhicule de façon à permettre au conducteur d'ajuster la lame sans avoir à descendre du véhicule.
