Skin or hair care product contains an agent acting cosmetically on the hairs or skin, for example thioglycolic acid. The product is fibrous material, where the cosmetically acting material is absorbed, whereby the absorbed material contains amino groups. A cellulose-based fibre containing polysilicic acid is used as the fibrous material, preferably viscose fibre, and the active agent is bound to the material through the polysilicic acid.

Le produit est une substance fibreuse et l'agent ayant une activité cosmétique est absorbé dans cette substance fibreuse. L'agent absorbé contient des groupes amino. On utilise des fibres à base de cellulose contenant de l'acide polysilicique en tant que substance fibreuse, la préférence allant aux fibres de viscose. L'agent actif est lié à la substance par l'intermédiaire de l'acide polysilicique.
