The composition includes a skin hydration system comprising glycerin and plant-derived oil; petrolatum or mineral oil; a di-lower alkyl a di-higher alkyl ammonium emulsifier; a fatty alcohol; a fatty ester emollient; and water. Additional components include a humectant system and a lubricant.
