The invention concerns water-containing skin-cleansing agents in liquid, paste or cream form designed to remove strongly adhering dirt, the agents containing anionic and/or amphoteric and/or non-ionic surfactants as wash-active substances, thickeners, at least one abrasive plus, optionally, auxiliaries for regulating the appearance consistency, odour and stability such as pigments, fragrances, stabilizers and preservatives. The agents are characterized in that the only solvent they contain is di-n-butyl and/or diisopropyl adipate. The agents are prepared by thorough mixing of the ingredients, the mixture optionally being heated. If a C8-C16 fatty alcohol is added as a consistency regulator, heating of the mixture becomes unnecessary. Furthermore, the addition of a fatty alcohol enhances the cleansing action. The invention also concerns the use of such skin-cleansing agents, the agent first being spread on to the skin without the addition of water or with the addition of a small quantity of water, and the cleansing process continued and completed by rinsing with water.

L'invention concerne des produits de nettoyage de la peau aqueux, liquides, pâteux ou crémeux pour l'élimination des salissures résistantes, contenant des tensio-actifs anioniques et/ou amphotères et/ou non ioniques comme substances actives de lavage, des épaississants, au moins un abrasif, et le cas échéant, des auxiliaires servant à régulariser la consistance des produits du point de vue de l'aspect, de l'odeur et de la stabilité, comme des pigments, des substances odorantes, des stabilisateurs et des produits de conservation. Ces produits sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils contiennent exclusivement comme solvant du di-n-butyladipate et/ou du di-isopropyladipate. Ces produits sont obtenus par mélange homogène des composants, le cas échéant avec chauffage du mélange. Lorsqu'on ajoute un alcool gras C¿8?-C¿16? qui agit comme régulateur de la consistance, on peut se dispenser de chauffer le mélange de composants. L'addition d'alcool gras a également pour effet d'augmenter le pouvoir nettoyant. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de tels produits de nettoyage de la peau, le produit de nettoyage étant tout d'abord étendu sur la peau sans apport d'eau ou avec une faible quantité d'eau, et le nettoyage se poursuivant et se terminant par un rinçage à l'eau.
