ABSTRACT COMPOSITION FOR MITIGATING SKIN IRRITATION AND PRECUTANEOUS EXTERNAL DRUG The present invention provides a composition for mitigating skin irritation containing 1 to 50 wt.% trialkyl citrate, 1 to 70 wt.% low-carbon alcohol and 1 to 90 wt.% water, and a percutaneous external drug containing, in addition to this composition, 0.001 to 20 wt.%, pharmaceutically active substance. These composition and percutaneous external drug have the function of reducing and alleviating skin irritation, and accelerates absorption of the pharmaceutically active substance. - 76 -
