ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A fingertip-less and thumbtip-less underglove made of flexible material, such as a knit fabric of cotton or polyester, which is compatible with a surgical glove wearer's skin and a sufficiently skin so as to permit the surgical glove to fit comfortably over the underglove and to give the wearer control and sensitivity when manipulating objects with the hand is provided. The underglove exposes only the fingertips and the thumbtip to assure maximum sensitivity with the minimum exposure to the surgical glove by the hand. A surgical glove wearer suffering from dermatitis as a result of the use of rubber gloves can benefit by using the device, and using the device can facilitate the donning and removal of the glove.
