A skin patch that can enhance the water resistance and handling easiness and can alleviate any irritation on the user. There is provided a skin patch comprising a flexible support and, superimposed thereon, a plaster layer wherein the plaster layer contains a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -45~ to -35~C and a tan .delta. (lag angle) value, determined at dynamic viscoelasticity measurement (frequency 6.2832 rad/s) at 45~C, of 0.25 or less.

La présente invention concerne un patch dermique pouvant favoriser la résistance à l~eau et l~aisance de manipulation, et pouvant atténuer toute irritation chez l~utilisateur. L~invention concerne un patch dermique comprenant un support souple, sur lequel est superposée une couche d'emplâtre, ladite couche contenant un copolymère séquencé styrène-isoprène-styrène et présentant une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de -45° à -35°C, ainsi qu~une valeur tan .delta. (angle de traînée), déterminée à une mesure de viscoélasticité dynamique (fréquence 6,2832 rad/s) à 45°C, de 0,25 ou moins.
