A composition capable of forming a film that ionically bonds to the skin comprising: one or more active agents; a nonionic or substantially nonionic first film forming component; one or more cationic surfactants comprising one or more fatty moieties that are soluble in the first film forming component; and a liquid carrier. Also provided are stable emulsions of such compositions, compositions that are especially adapted to delivering medicinal agents to the surface of the skin, and methods for preparing such compositions.
Composition capable de constituer un film se liant ioniquement à la peau et qui comporte: un ou plusieurs principes actifs; un premier constituant filmogène non ionique ou sensiblement non ionique; un ou plusieurs surfactants cationiques comportant une ou plusieurs fractions adipeuses solubles dans le premier constituant filmogène; et un excipient liquide. L'invention concerne également des émulsions stables de telles compositions, compositions qui sont spécialement conçues pour administrer des agents médicamenteux à la surface de la peau, ainsi que des procédés de préparation de telles compositions.
