ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure herein describes a skip rope that includes a pair of handles, an attaching element mounted to each handle and being freely rotatable thereto, a flexible line attached to each attaching element, a connector attached to each flexible line and weights mounted to each flexible line between the connector and the attaching element; a removable third line extends between both connectors so that, when removed, the other two portions of the rope may be used to simulate rope jumping for exercising purposes.
