A skirt (1020) for use on an applicator bar (1000), wherein the applicator bar (100) includes a body (45) and a flow passageway having an exit end defined in the body (45), and wherein a second section (1024) of the skirt (1020) defining a lip (1030) is adapted to coact with the body (45) so that the second section (1024) is positioned adjacent the exit end of the body (45).
