A skylight assembly includes pultruded fiberglass sash members operatively connected by means of corner locks. A frame is operatively connected to the sash member and the frame is operatively connected to a roof structure. A gasket is operatively connected to the frame. The sash member has an attachment flange positioned proximate the inside surface of the frame, wherein the window and sash member of he skylight assembly may be replaced from the inside of the building. The sash member is a multi-functional sash member.
