ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The adjustment of a convention brake slack adjuster commonly used on trucks or trailers can be a difficult procedure. A simple pincer-like tool for performing this task includes a pair of pivotally interconnected arms, with handles on one end and sockets on the other end for engaging the bolt of a slack adjuster while depressing a collar around such bolt, whereby the tool can be used in the same manner as a conventional wrench to rotate the bolt.
