A sleeping bag includes a flexible shell body defining an accommodation chamber for receiving a user herein. A middle portion of the shell body has a front major area defining first and second tightened lines which are spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal or transverse direction. A plurality of first eyelets are displaced from one another along the first tightened line. A plurality of second eyelets are displaced from one another along the second tightened line. A pull string is disposed to successively and alternately pass through the first and second eyelets such that pulling of the string brings the first and second tightened lines to displace toward each other, thereby enabling the shell body to fit around the user's body.
