The invention relates to a sleeve for repairing a fluid pipe (12), comprising a rigid or flexible shell (22) which forms a mould that surrounds at least one defective area (10) of the pipe. A liquid-state polymerisable material is injected into the aforementioned mould, which polymerises and seals the defective area. The sleeve also comprises an insert which is made up of a plurality of coils of a filiform element (14), which is wound into a helix around the defective area of the pipe, before the polymerisable material is injected or infused.
