ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A slide bearing device having an oil-containing sintered member and a fixed pad fixed to the sintered member and supporting a sliding member through a film of a lubricating oil supplied from the sintered member, wherein a dynamic pressure of the lubricating oil is generated so as to forcibly form and maintain the oil film between the fixed pad and the sliding member.
