8.01 The present invention relates to the field of sliding doors and windows locking devices. Slidable doors and windows are increasingly popular in houses and all other types of buildings, and their own locking devices provides a very low protection, and are very easy to circumvent. Intruders don't slide the patio doors or windows, no they lift them off their tracks and break in. Our security locking device, when installed as recommended, in the middle of the door or window provides 50% of pressure on the upper half and 50% on the lower half, and makes it almost impossible for bunglers to lift the door or window. Also incorporated in our locking device is a secured ventilation position which offer a complete protection for young children toward the family pool or other restricted areas, since in ventilation position the device is located at approximately 55 inches from the floor so cannot be reached by small children. The main reason for this invention is to protect people. This device fits on almost all sizes of patio doors and sliding windows since it is telescopic. It is adjustable from 24 to 42 inches wide.
