A pocket binder (10) with a ring mount (36) slidably seated in a compartment between the panels (14, 16) of the binder cover for attachment to a ringed binder. The ring mount (36) may be partially extended from the compartment to expose a plurali- ty of holes for insertion in a ringed binder.
