The support disc (12) is of a generally cylindrical shape having a first side (50) and a second side (46), and an outer periphery (14). A plurality of pockets (22) including a cartridge assembly (54) are staggered about the outer periphery (14) of the support disc (12) and include a cutting insert (24) secured to each cartridge assembly.
