Abstract of the Disclosure A slush freezer has a stationary baffle with a set of stationary fingers and a rotatable agitator having a set of moving fingers. The fingers interact to stir and break up the slush. Some of the fingers have a medial crease longitudinally thereof to give such fingers a V-shaped cross section to streamline such fingers and to strengthen such Fingers against breakage.
