A smokeless tobacco container (1) comprising in its closed state, a first and second portion, said portions being rotatably engageable with each other to define a space, said first portion (2) having release means, said second portion (3) having complementary engaging means such that only when in a selected position the release means can be aligned with the complementary engaging means thereby allowing separation of the two portions to open the container.

L'invention concerne un récipient (1) à tabac sans fumée comprenant, en position fermée, une première et une seconde partie, lesdites parties venant en contact l'une avec l'autre de manière rotative pour définir un espace. Ladite première partie (2) présente des moyens de libération et ladite seconde partie (3) présente des moyens de contact complémentaires de manière que, seulement dans une position sélectionnée, les moyens de libération puissent être alignés avec les moyens de contact complémentaires, permettant ainsi la séparation des deux parties pour ouvrir le récipient.
