There are many products for smoking meat which are complex and designed for industrial use. For domestic use, a specialized device is needed, which is often cumbersome and expensive for the user. In this invention, the proposed barbecue smoker is a simple accessory inserted into a standard barbecue grill. In addition to allowing food to be smoked to achieve a specific flavour, using a standard barbecue means that the food can be cooked as well, thus eliminating wastage and facilitating preservation.

En plus de permettre la fumigation des aliments en lui donnant un goût spécifique, l'utilisation d'un poêle ordinaire à barbecue permet la cuisson des aliments donc d'éliminer les pertes et faciliter la conservation des aliments.
