ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A smoking material comprises tobacco homogeneously mixed with a smoke-affecting proportion e.g., 0.5 - 80% most preferably 5 - 30% by weight of distiller's dried grain with solubles (DDGS) produced from the residue of distillation of beer or fermented grain mash. The smoking material of the invention possesses a smoother, flavor-enhanced smoke, with a reduced nicotine content. Conventional flavorants, binders, humectants, extenders, may also be incorporated.
