ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A one-piece, semi-rigid discharge electrode constructed of thin gauge steel having integrally formed support and corona generator portions for retrofitting into narrow, nine-inch ESP gas passages. The corona generator portions serve to isolate the support portion of the electrode from damaging electrical sparking and thereby enhance the durability of the electrode.
