SNAP-ON FASTENER FOR WEB-LIKE ARTICLES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention is directed to an all-purpose fastener which can grip securely web and fabric-type articles without puncturing or damaging the articles. A fastening apparatus for gripping web-like materials comprising a central member which is placed on one side of the web-like material; and, an outer member which corresponds generally in shape with the central member, is placed on the opposite side of the web-like material and fits over the central member and the web-like material, the central member and the outer member cooperating together to grip the web-like material.
