A medical instrument, or a snare with a recovering implement capable of concurrently excising and recovering a lesion under a satisfactory visual field in an endoscopic polypectomy technique for endoscopically excising a lesion such as a polyp grown in a body cavity tissue, wherein the snare with a recovering implement is provided at the tip end of the loop section of a high- frequency snare wire with a recovering implement and a fiber for operating the recovering implement.
L'invention concerne un instrument médical ou une anse munie d'un outil d'extraction capable de procéder à la fois à l'ablation et à l'extraction d'une lésion située dans un champ visuel satisfaisant, et ce conformément à une technique de polypepctomie endoscopique permettant de procéder à l'ablation d'une lésion, par exemple d'un polype développé dans les tissus d'une cavité corporelle. Dans cette invention, cette anse munie d'un outil d'extraction est placée à l'extrémité de la section arrondie du fil d'une anse haute fréquence munie d'un outil d'extraction et d'une fibre, laquelle permet à cet outil de fonctionner.
