This invention is a sled that can be used as a shelter and also a boat. In the winter months it can be used for ice fishing or other activities. It can be pulled or towed to your location then stood on end to provide shelter. In the summer it may be used as a personal watercraft which may be equiped with a porportionate sized motor ie: electric or very small outboard.
