ABSTRACT A device for moving snow or other bulky material and dumping it without lifting the material being moved is the basis for this invention. The mechanism for loading the snow is similar to a conventional snow mover incorporating a bucket to load the snow onto and a handle to push the bucket. A lever is attached to the handle which connects, via an arm, to the base of the bucket. When the lever is pushed downward, the bucket tips forward to unload the snow. The optional wheels aid in transporting the load.
