The normal methods for removing the snow and glaciate snow from both sidewalks and driveways in the Canadian Cities achieved by blowing them by using trucks, loaders and plows. The snow and ice plowed horizontally, then accumulated longitudinally or collateral under and over the edge of the sidewalk. This glacial accumulation of snow takes special shape like as snowdrift, which its volume and height will increase by increasing the rate of falling snow, and they spread salts and sand, on the grounds. This method achieved periodically and it loses its effectiveness by increasing or more falling snow. In this invention, the glaciate snow, ice and snowdrift will be resisted vertically, in the same time of falling snow. Firstly, by using certain designed heat-system that will be installing and working on the ground's surface by certain method and the heat will help in melting of the falling snow
Les méthodes classiques utilisées pour enlever la neige et la glace des trottoirs et des voies d'accès dans les villes canadiennes consistent à procéder au déblayage au moyen de camions, de chargeuses et de chasse-neige. La neige et la glace sont déblayées horizontalement et s'accumulent longitudinalement ou collatéralement par rapport au trottoir, c'est-à-dire qu'elles recouvrent le bord du trottoir. Cette accumulation de neige et de glace prend la forme de congères, dont le volume et la hauteur augmentent au fur et à mesure des chutes de neige. Le déneigement consiste aussi à répandre du sel et du sable sur le sol. Comme cette méthode de déneigement s'effectue périodiquement, elle devient inefficace lors de chutes de neige plus abondantes. La présente invention consiste à traiter verticalement la neige, la glace et les congères au moment où la neige tombe. Il s'agit d'abord d'un système thermique particulier destiné à être installé et à fonctionner, grâce à une méthode particulière, sur la surface du sol afin que la chaleur contribue à la fonte de la neige qui tombe.
