This invention is used during the winter months to reduce the build up of ice and snow on the outer-side of automobile wind-shields. Also, it can be used in the summer to reduce the damaging effects of the sun's rays on the interior of the automobile by blocking these rays. During the winter the apparatus is affixed to the out-side of the automobile's wind-shield, the build up of snow and iced are then accumulated on the apparatus instead of the wind-shield. peeling-off apparatus from wind-shield will effectively remove the accumulated snow and/or ice.
