"SNOWBLOWER" ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A snowblower includes an auger havingindividual flat spring steel blades mounted on plates carried by a shaft. The blades are connected to the plates by a pivot pin and a shear pin so that on encountering a solid object the shear pin allows the blade to pivot while remaining attached to the shaft.
