The single-stage snowblower is designed as an accessory for attachment to an electric tractor, and takes power from the batteries on the tractor. The rotary drum of the snowblower, which carries the spiral blade, is driven by two electric motors. The motors lie inside the hollow interior of the drum, and drive the drum directly, without chains or gears. The ends of the motors are fixed to the snowblower housing.
La présente invention a pour objet une souffleuse monoétagée destinée au montage accessoire à l'avant d'un tracteur électrique, et utilisant les batteries du tracteur comme source d'alimentation. Le tambour rotatif de la souffleuse, auquel la lame hélicoïdale est fixée, est entraîné par deux moteurs électriques. Les moteurs en question sont logés à l'intérieur du tambour et y sont montés en accouplement solidaire, sans l'intermédiaire d'organes de transmission tels des chaînes ou des roues d'engrenage. Les moteurs sont fixés à l'enveloppe extérieure de la souffleuse par leurs extrémités.
