A snowflake display (10) has been provided wherein this display comprises at least one frame (20), at least one light (30) and at least one controller (40) for alternately turning these lights on and off. In one embodiment of the invention, the frame comprises a plurality of branches (22) and sub branches (24) wherein these branches and sub branches are designed to make the frame have a snow flake appearance. These branches intersect in a center region (26) on the frame and each branch contains at least one light. The light comprises a light component, a frame for holding this light component, and a socket (36) for providing an electrical connection to this light component. This socket is disposed within the frame. In a first embodiment of the invention there is a snowflake shaped frame that is designed to support lights disposed on top of this frame. In another embodiment of this invention, the frame is comprised of a clear or translucent plastic that houses a single light inside of the frame and lights up the frame when that light is turned on.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) affichant des flocons de neige, qui comporte au moins une structure (20), au moins une lampe (30) et au moins un organe de commande (40) pour allumer et éteindre alternativement ces lampes. Dans une forme de réalisation, la structure comporte une pluralité de branches (22) et de sous-branches (24) conçues pour donner à la structure un aspect de flocon de neige. Ces branches se coupent en une zone centrale (26) de la structure, et chaque branche contient au moins une lampe. La lampe comprend un élément de lampe, un support pour maintenir cet élément et une douille (36) pour lui fournir une connexion électrique. La douille est placée à l'intérieur du support. Dans une forme de réalisation, une structure en forme de flocon de neige est conçue pour soutenir des lampes placées au sommet de la structure. Dans une autre forme de réalisation, la structure est constituée d'une matière plastique claire ou transparente contenant une lampe unique à l'intérieur de la structure, cette lampe éclairant la structure quand elle est allumée.
